company. With online and digital revenues growing, you could be talking to
the CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) or CIO (Chief Information Officer) or the
CDO (Chief Digital Officer) among other break outs. The moral to this story
is to think ‘innovation’ as operations move away from linear thinking.
