Listen up…

  1. You’d think...with almost 1/3 of Americans loving their work and
almost 1/3 really hating their work…what’s going on with the other 1/3?
Does that represent opportunity or misfortune? And where are you in
all of this? Stay in touch if you want to know what’s happening.
  2. Words do make a difference…for example: we don’t act on data, we
act on information…and we only act on information when it creates knowledge
that helps you (and us) to make informed decisions.
  3. About privacy…across every industry, but one, consumers feel that the
responsibility for online security falls on the company. The only exception
    is with social media sites.
  4. Who will you talk to…will vary depending on the size and nature of the
company. With online and digital revenues growing, you could be talking to
the CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) or CIO (Chief Information Officer) or the
CDO (Chief Digital Officer) among other break outs. The moral to this story
is to think ‘innovation’ as operations move away from linear thinking.
